Lindsay Lohan could be dead in a year if she doesn't change her pill-popping ways, her father Michael said.
"It could be a year, a month, a week -- who knows?" he told Grazia magazine. "She has a plethora of medicine you can't mix and can't drink with."
Self-promoting Papa Lohan has been on a month-long media blitz in which he's expressed concern for his famous daughter, whose rail-thin, bleach blonde, too-tanned appearance on a red carpet recently drew comparisons to Donatella Versace -- a woman 31 years her senior.
Lindsay, 23, is simply a hot mess, her dad says.
"She needs long-term rehab," Michael Lohan told the British magazine. "I fear the worst. Look at Elvis, Anna Nicole Smith, Heath Ledger -- who was a close friend of hers."
Lohan told Maury Povich earlier this month that he wanted to "reach out" to the starlet before it was too late.
"There's nothing left of her," he said.

The starlet was arrested for DUI in August 2007 and was ordered to complete an 18-month alcohol education program. Just this month a judge extended her probation because she had yet to complete more than half of the required courses.
"I'm so hurt that someone who calls himself my father needs to use the press to communicate with me," she told Usmagazine.com. "It's so sad that he needs to stay in the media spotlight by using my name and making up excessive lies. He should instead try to be a real father."
