Authorities were pursuing a vehicle on northbound 605 Freeway in Buena Park area Monday night.
At one point the car was going 100 miles per hour, according to police.
Authorities were pursuing a carjacking suspect, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The pursuit began on the northbound 5 Freeway before transitioning to the 605.
Buena Park police were initially handling the pursuit until CHP took over.
