A woman was taken into custody late Sunday evening following a pursuit that included a head-on crash at a South Los Angeles intersection.
The chase began at the 10 Freeway at Rosemead Avenue around 11 p.m. Sunday after a report of a burglary. California Highway Patrol officers pursued the driver of the white Lexus on and off freeways.
Aerial footage from NewsChopper4 showed at least three other people run from the vehicle, including one at an intersection after a head-on collision with a vehicle that was stopped in the left turn lane.
The driver ran from the vehicle, but was later arrested.
No serious injuries were reported.
