A crash involving a vehicle and a motorcycle early Saturday morning injured five people in the Westwood area, police said.
The crash was reported around 3:11 a.m. near the intersection of Wilshire Boulevard and Manning Avenue, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
Two people suffered critical injuries and three sustained minor-to-moderate injuries, according to the LAPD.
It was unknown what led up to the crash.
Wilshire Boulevard was closed near Manning while police investigated the crash.
Police initially reported six people were injured.
