An attorney representing the daughter of the suspect in the Bryan Stow assault said the 10-year-old girl can testify that her father was not at Dodger Stadium on the day of the attack.

Attorney Chip Matthews, who said he in representing the daughter, not Ramirez, met with NBC LA late Tuesday after speaking with Ramirez.
"He is anxious to take a polygraph exam, adamant that he was not there that day and was not involved in this in any manner," Matthews said.
The mother of Ramirez also spoke with NBC LA.
"Please check, be sure it isn't my son," she said late Tuesday.
When asked whether she thought her son was at the stadium on the day of the beating, she said he was not. Matthews said Ramirez's daughter said she was with her father at a relative's apartment.
"He was spending the entire day, actually, at the Clinton Street address with his daughter, some other family members and his girlfriend," Matthews added. "We're going to be talking with police first thing in the morning. We're going to set up an interview with the detectives and get them all the information."
Ramirez, 31, of Los Angeles, was arrested at about 7:10 a.m. Sunday in an apartment in the 800 block of North Mariposa Avenue in East Hollywood. He was booked on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon -- the foot he allegedly used to kick his victim -- and held in lieu of $1 million bail.
Charges have not been filed against Ramirez. He will remain in jail on a parole hold, police said after a meeting Tuesday between detectives from the Los Angeles Police Department's Northeast Division and officials of the District Attorney's Office.
Investigators were reported to be preparing police lineups with multiple witnesses to the March 31 attack. Lineups ask witnesses to identify or recognize a suspect in person and generally produce stronger evidence compared with a witness choosing a suspect from a series of photographs.
Two other suspects -- a man sought for his involvement in the assault and a female thought to have been the getaway driver -- remain at large, police said.
Stow is listed in critical condition in a San Francisco hospital.
