A fire engulfed a pallet storage facility in Harbor Gateway along the 110 Freeway Tuesday night.
Forty-nine Los Angeles Fire Department personnel, including firefighters from the Los Angeles County Fire Department, battled the fire at 555 W. 152nd Street, which started at around 11 p.m., according to authorities.
One viewer driving along the freeway said the flames were so hot that she "felt them through her car."
The fire was confined to the property and was knocked down in just 45 minutes, said LAFD spokesman Brian Humphrey.
No injuries were reported.
