The family of Bryan Stow is sharing his progress through a photo taken on Thanksgiving Day.
The injured Giants fan sits in a wheelchair surrounded by close friends and family. It is the first full photograph of Stow since he was attacked on Opening Day in Los Angeles.
In a blog post, the Stow family writes, "It has been a long time since our whole family was together on Thanksgiving and we could not feel more thankful and blessed."
Stow is currently being treated at a Bay Area rehabilitation center.
Stow was brutally beaten at Dodger Stadium, after the season opener against the Giants. He suffered extensive brain damage.
Two men have been charged in connection to the beating. Their next court appearance is scheduled in December.
