A man who was under the influence of medical marijuana rammed his car into a Koreatown fast food restaurant early Sunday, the Los Angeles Police Department said.
Employees at the Jack in the Box in the 400 block of Vermont Avenue refused to let the man inside the women's bathroom. He then became "agitated" and struck the building with his car multiple times, police said.
There were two large holes in the restaurant as a result of the crash.
Although there were an estimated 15 customers inside the restaurant at the time of the incident, no one was injured.
One of the witnesses — Instagram user @hello.aj — posted a photo of the car crash with the caption "must've been starving" along with the cheeseburger and french fries emojis.
There was no further information available on the suspect.
