Investigators are searching for a number of suspects connected to a deadly shooting in a Tustin neighborhood. Christine Kim reports for the NBC4 News at 11 on Sunday, July 9, 2017.
A man was found shot to death in a Tustin apartment Sunday and his assailants remain at large, according to a police sergeant.
Officers responded to a shots fired call at an apartment complex in the 1600 block of Mitchell Avenue just before 4 p.m., according to Tustin police Sgt. Sean Whitely.
A man was found with a gunshot wound, Whitely said. He was transported to a hospital for treatment but was later pronounced dead. His name was withheld pending notification of kin.
The suspects in the homicide fled the area, Whitely said. They are described as Hispanic men in their 20s, he said.
