A 27-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly stabbing and killing another man during a fight in Anaheim Sunday, authorities said.
Orange County Sheriff's deputies arrested Ruben Martinez, of Anaheim, in connection with the stabbing after he was detained at the scene, they said. The victim had multiple wounds from the stabbing, reported at .
Martinez and the victim, who hasn't been identified, were involved in an altercation near Cerritos Avenue and Perdido Street, where the stabbing took place, deputies said.
Investigators have been unable to determine if Martinez and the victim knew each other or what they were fighting over.
The victim died at a hospital of his injuries, deputies said.
Martinez is being held on $1 million bail and has a court appearance scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 18, according to the OC Sheriff's Department.
