The body of a missing hiker who was reported missing was found Tuesday near the Angeles National Forest, authorities said.
A search and rescue crew discovered the man's body around 2 p.m. while flying over the Islip Saddle area in the Angeles National Forest, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.
Los Angeles County Coroner's identified the missing hiker on Wednesday as 32-year-old Kyle Hunt of Tehachapi. Authorities said on Tuesday it appeared Hunt suffered a "possible recreational accident" or fall.
Hunt was reported missing on Monday, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.
The actual cause of death was not released by Los Angeles County Coroner's Office.
