Two people were killed and another seriously injured in a head-on crash in Torrance late Tuesday.
The incident happened on the 3400 block of Pacific Coast Highway in the city at 9:01p.m, Torrance Police Department said.
A car travelling west bound collided with another heading east bound. Two people who were in the same vehicle were pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the other car was taken to Harbor General Hospital for treatment. PCH reopened just after 1 a.m Wednesday.
