A 23-year-old woman critically wounded during a weekend fight outside an upscale Southern California nightclub was clinging to life as police announced an arrest in the case while four others were still being sought in the assault, authorities said.
A Santa Ana woman in her 20s was arrested in connection with the attack outside The Crosby Bar and Nightclub around 12:20 a.m. Saturday, Santa Ana police said.
Relatives have identified the beating victim as Kim Pham, and said she was being kept on
life support so her organs could be donated.

Police were also seeking two women and two men in the case and are hoping a $5,000 reward will lead to the culprits.
The reward is being offered by Santa Ana businesses near the club where she was critically hurt.
Family and friends, meanwhile, mourned her loss and gathered at a makeshift memorial at the spot where she was found unconscious.
“She was just a person with a lot of energy,” said Emma Pham, an acquaintance of Kim Pham. “I was able to see how much influence she had on so many people.
"In her 23 years on this earth, she gave more love, accomplished way more than many people have in their whole lifetime," Emma's friend Alex Turkich said.

She was taken to a hospital in extremely critical condition, officials said. Police said Monday that she was on life support.
The fight began when the woman and her friends were involved in an argument with another group of females, police said. Two or three women reportedly hit and kicked the woman while she was on the ground, officials said.
Detectives believe cell phone footage was taken of the fight, and are asking anyone with information to call 714-245-8390.
