Coroner's officials on Thursday identified a woman whose body was found in a dumpster near Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in West Hollywood.
Joie Kinney, 28, of West Hollywood was found wrapped in a blanket in the 8700 block of Beverly Boulevard in West Hollywood just before noon Wednesday, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department and LA County coroners. She was declared dead at the scene.
Homicide detectives said there were no apparent signs of trauma on the woman's body, and it wasn't clear if she died there or was placed in the dumpster after death.
No further information was immediately provided.
