Life Connected: Granddaughter Connects With Nana Diagnosed with Alzheimer's Through Song

Sunny Keller, a 10-year-old girl wrote a song for her grandmother who was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s before she was born. Keller says she wrote the song as a way to connect with her nana.
