Orange County Rescue Mission provides emergency, transitional and supportive housing to homeless families and individuals including men, women, children and veterans. It is the largest provider of privately funded shelter beds in Orange County, operating debt-free and with zero government funding. The Rescue Mission meets the needs of homeless families and individuals by providing practical and effective solutions to homelessness through its comprehensive programs and services. By offering a hand up and not just a handout, we are transitioning formerly homeless individuals and families to a life of financial independence and self-sufficiency.
Our program serves over a thousand meals a day to homeless men, women and children. We need drivers to assist with grocery donation pick-ups form our vendors. These donations are then used to prepare nutritious meals for our residents. To volunteer, click here.
