The Rosemead Beautification Committee is a citizen-based, community "grassroots" effort to organize, promote and participate in programs and volunteer service projects designed to beautify Rosemead. The Beautification Committee organizes volunteer participation in regular community "clean-up" service projects and community beautification efforts.
