**Avocado Salad Recipe**
(2-4 Servings)
-Ingredients
-THE DRESSING (Makes 1 ¼ Cups):
½ cup (120 ml) buttermilk*
¼ cup(60 ml) sour cream
or greek yogurt*
¼ cup (60 ml) mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder*
½ teaspoon sea salt
¼ cup (12 g) chopped fresh chives*
¼ cup(10 g) chopped fresh dill*
¼ cup (12 g) chopped fresh parsley* Salt & pepper, to taste
-THE AVOCADO SALAD:
2 medium avocados, just ripe
and not overly soft*
4 ounces packaged butter lettuce blend, or larger butter lettuce leaves torn into bite-sized pieces*
1 ounce micro greens, optional*
Juice from half a lemon,
about 1 tablespoon*
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil* Chopped chives*
Flaky salt, such as Malden
