California Live contributor Paul Costabile heads to Malibu to get a preview of the 42nd Malibu Chili Cook-off, a beloved annual Labor Day weekend carnival that brings the community together for a great cause. The family-friendly event features a chili contest, skateboard competitions, games, rides & more, all in support of the Boys & Girls Club of Malibu’s mental health resources.
