There’s a new culinary gem in West Los Angeles, KUSAKI is an innovative plant-based omakase bar and sushi restaurant. Kusaki (which means ‘plant’ in Japanese) features artistically prepared Japanese food that is sophisticated, inventive and 100% plant-based.
