California Live met up with James-Beard-Award-winning Chef Douglas Keane of Michelin-starred restaurant, Cyrus, to learn how to elevate mac and cheese to date-night status! His “Very Adult” version features aged cheeses, a kick of Dijon, and creamy sour cream, all cooked in one pan! Simple, sophisticated, and utterly delicious.
