Meet the self-taught baker behind Gusto Bread, Long Beach's first-ever James Beard Award finalist 

California Live’s Lilliana Vazquez visits Gusto Bread in Long Beach, an innovative bakery celebrating the simplicity and ancient techniques of bread and pastry-making using a multicultural approach. Arturo Encisco, baker and owner of Gusto Bread, was introduced to baking by accident, when the home he was renting had an old wood-fired oven in the backyard.
