SPRING ROLL RECIPE
-Ingredients:
Rice paper
Lukewarm to warm water
Lettuce
Vermicelli noodles
Pickled daikon
Cucumbers
Cilantro
Watermelon radish
Bean sprouts
Meat protein or cooked cold shrimp
Crushed peanuts
Peanut sauce or sweet chili sauce for dipping
-Instructions:
1. Dip rice paper into room temp water
2. Lay on flat dry surface
3. Add ingredients in layers – lettuce, vermicelli noodles, pickled daikon & cucumbers, cilantro, sliced cucumber, watermelon radish, bean sprouts (can add protein if wanted)
4. Roll one corner while slightly pulling towards you to keep tight (Diamond configuration)
5. Tuck Right & Left ends into center to close the roll on sides
6. Finish center roll to complete Spring roll
7. Dip into sauce and enjoy!
