**Rustic Chicken Pot Pie Recipe**
1. Have the roasted chicken pre-shredded (both the chicken and veggies pre-roasted)
2. Sauce will be made
3. Whisk in milk, stock, wine, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
4. Fold chicken into the thickened sauce.
5. Pour the filling into a casserole dish.
6. Cut rounds of rolled-out pie dough and place over the filling. (pre-roll the pie dough so it’s ready to cut.)
7. Brush with egg wash.
