Tech Support Scammers Stealing Money, Personal Information

A new scam where thieves call and pretend to be tech support is targeting computer owners. The scammers steal your money and personal information. Vanessa Lee paid the scammers to take over her computer to get a non-existent virus off her computer. Ana Garcia reports for the NBC4 News at 5 p.m. on May 10, 2013.
