NC EXTRA: Partisan Impeachment Vote

A new survey by the Los Angeles Times indicates a large majority of voters in Los Angeles County say law enforcement has to get in the game when it comes with the homeless crisis, in order to deal with a mounting health crisis due to unsanitary conditions at homeless encampments, and the amount of drug abuse and gang activity with-in those encampments. With 63 percent saying homeless people shouldn’t be allowed to degrade residential neighborhoods. NBC4’s Conan Nolan talks with the sponsor of the survey the Los Angeles Business Council and it’s president Mary Leslie.
