PM Forecast: Periods of Heavy Rain

A Pacific storm system moving across Southern California will bring periods of heavy rain and isolated thunderstorms through Wednesday, with a heavy wave of rainfall expected late Wednesday morning. The coast and valleys are expected to receive up to 3 inches of rain, while the foothills and mountains may see as much as 6 inches. Fritz Coleman has the forecast for Tuesday, Dec. 2, 2014.
