Spacecraft Dominates Hollywood

Spacecraft designer Kristofer Keith (BoHo, Stout, Kitchen 24, Essex Public House) has made no secret of his plans to dominate Hollywood. His hot streak continues with 504, a New Orleans inspired restaurant in the former Melograno space. Two friends are looking to bring the dirty South to L.A., including Cajun classics like jambalaya, po’ boys and daiquiris…plenty of daiquiris. 504’s ETA is 90 days away. On 3rd St., a gastropub called Goal should open by the end of March in the old home of Food Court L.A. The Spacecraft rep says to expect a “front glass entrance, dark stained wood on floors and walls, leather booths, approx 12 flat screens, rusted steel façade and historical pictures of old sports moments in history.” In Echo Park, Spacecraft recently inked a deal to transform 2139 Sunset Blvd (the old Ramona Theater) into El Camino, a restaurant and bar with a possible 75 beers on tap.
