Women Groped Near Arcadia Schools

Police are searching for the person who approached two women in separate incidents near Arcadia schools, forced them into a “bear hug” and pushed himself against them before running away. Lolita Lopez reports for the NBC4 News at Noon on Thursday, Aug. 27, 2015.
