Wild Boars Spotted in Riverside Park
First it was donkeys now it’s boars invading Riverside. Overnight a group of 20 to 30 wild boars invaded Fairmount Park in downtown Riverside early on Thursday, October 27, 2016. The boars appeared to be destroying the grass as they dug it up looking for food, and left behind patches of unearthed grass in their wake. It’s unclear where the boars came from, but they may have come from the Santa Ana River bottom nearby.
