4-year-old Girl Struck and Killed While Walking to School

The driver of the red SUV that hit and killed the 4-year-old was apparently making a left turn from Normandie onto Olympic in LA’s Korea town. The mother of the 4-year-old was walking her daughter to Mariposa Primary Center when the driver of the SUV struck them. Kim Baldonado reports for the NBC4 News at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 16, 2019.
