9 Alerts Sent Every Hour During Fullerton Lockdown
Emergency Management Coordinator Sue Fisher called the university’s method “a shot gun approach, but saving just one person’s life is what it’s all about.” Students and parents were kept up to date with voicemails, emails, text messages and voice alerts over campuswide speakers while SWAT officers searched the campus for several hours Wednesday for a pair of alleged armed robbers.
