Sweet little babies were brightening spirits on Halloween, dressed up in tiny hand-made costumes like Dr. Seuss's Thing 1 and 2, a rainbow fish and more.
The babies are in the neonatal intensive care unit at Cedars-Sinai in Los Angeles.
Girls Scouts developed the idea of creating costumes inspired by story book characters like those in "Madeline," "The Hungry Caterpillar" and "The Cat in the Hat."
The families can take the costumes home and show their children how small they once were when they grow older.
