DCFS Director Speaks on Anthony Avalos Death Case

Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services director Bobby Kagle says he is “very concerned” about his agency’s failure to act more swiftly on reports of child abuse surrounding 10-year-old Anthony Avalos, who died June 20 in what police believe is a murder case.
