Friends are mourning the death of a 23-year-old woman shot and killed in a parking lot in Chino.
Police sought a 25-year-old man in the deadly shooting of a woman with whom he had a relationship, officials said.
Julio Rocha was being sought in the shooting of Thalia Flores in her car at a Big Lots parking lot in Chino on Thursday.
Rocha is accused of shooting Flores and another man.
Flores died, while the other man was able to take himself to the hospital.
Relatives told police Flores and Rocha had a relationship.
