Homeless People Displaced as Santa Ana Riverbed Work Begins

A group of homeless people in Orange County is being displaced from a homeless encampment along a stretch of the Santa Ana riverbed because the encampment is on flood control property. Christine Kim reports for the NBC4 News at 5 p.m. on Monday, July 17, 2017.
