Law Enforcement Officers Surprise Young DUI Victim

Nine-year-old Michael Villalobos, who lost his leg in a DUI-caused crash last month, got a surprise visit from CHP officers and San Bernadino County Sheriff’s deputies. The law enforcement representatives brought gifts and goodies for Villalobos, including a PlayStation 4. Patrick Healy reports for the NBC4 News at 4 June 13, 2018.
