$10,000 Reward Offered in Yorkies Theft

"I'm devastated, just devastated."

A Buena Park woman is hoping a $10,000 reward will encourage someone to return four Yorkshire Terriers that were stolen Friday by burglars.

Linda Bush, 70, said burglars broke into her Poinsettia Drive residence through a window around 10 a.m. shortly after she left to buy groceries.

They made off with three televisions, two cameras, some jewelry, and her prized Yorkies. Three of the stolen dogs were 7-week-old puppies.

"The house was ransacked,'' she said. "I'm devastated, just devastated. I have flyers out.''

The puppies' mother was left behind.

"She just keeps going to the room, crying and looking for them," Bush told the LA Times.

Bush said one of the puppies requires a special diet and medication.

"She has to be hand fed sometimes. She will not eat on her own," Bush said.
