Controversy Over Botched Hair Transplant

It’s legal for doctors to perform procedures outside of their expertise in California. In this case, some patients were treated by a gynecologist in Puerto Rico who moved to California and performed hair transplants. Janet Baslieu of Sacramento suffered from a botched procedure. Stephanie Chuang reports.
