LAX Ride-Share Pickup Rules Change

Starting Oct. 29 at LAX, passenger pickups by taxi and apps like Lyft will be banned in the central terminal area. Beverly White reports for NBC4 News at 11 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 3, 2019.
