Police Wednesday sought additional possible victims of an actor-rapper arrested last month on suspicion of rape.
Kaalan Walker, 23, of Valley Village was arrested on Sept. 11 by detectives from the Los Angeles Police Department's Rampart Station in connection of a series of sexual assaults dating back to 2016.
"In each of the cases, aspiring models were contacted by Walker via social media with the premise of being hired to work professionally," according to an LAPD statement. "While alone, each of the victims reported that Walker sexually assaulted them."
Walker is facing nine felony sexual assault allegations, according to the LAPD.
Sheriff's inmate records indicate he is being held in lieu of $1.08 million bail at the Men's Central Jail in downtown Los Angeles.
Anyone with information about Walker or additional possible victims was urged to call Van Nuys Area detectives at (818) 374-9500.
After hours and on weekends, calls should be directed to (877) LAPD-24-7. Anonymous tips can be submitted through Crime Stoppers at (800) 222-TIPS or lacrimestoppers.org.
Walker appeared in the 2018 film "SuperFly."
