Authorities Release Sketch of Man Suspected of Raping Boy

The Los Angeles County Sherriff's department has released more details on the suspect believed to be involved in the molestation of a 6-year-old boy in a Pico Rivera park bathroom.

The boy told his mother he was raped after a soccer game in the park around 2:35 p.m. Saturday in a bathroom stall at Rio Hondo Park.

Detectives posted a sketch of the suspect, described as a white male in his 30's, 6'00"-6'02" tall, 200 pounds, blonde hair with blue eyes,  with a mustache and goatee. He was said to be wearing a dark basketball jersey and dark basketball shorts.

The suspect was also said to be driving a white minivan with the license plate that began with "6J."

Police patrols have been increased at all parks in the area, according to the Sheriff's department.
