With summer just days away, here’s a look at the top 20 spots for a picnic in the Los Angeles area, according to a list compiled by mydatingadviser.com.

The ranking was compiled using data from TripAdvisor and Google.

(Original Caption) The rather unusual blue colored photo is a night photo, as you can see from the lights on cars and in the streets. It is done in such a way that it almost looks like a daytime photograph. Quite remarkable. This was taken from Griffith Park, probably from the water tower right behind the observatory, which you see in the foreground. Therefore, that would be a portion of Hollywood directly below, and the string of taller buildings going from left to right through the center of the photograph would be Wilshire Boulevard. The main downtown section is out of the photograph to the left. This is a view looking directly toward the ocean. Just to orient you further, the very dim lights in the very upper left hand corner of the city could be Long Beach. Burbank would be out to the right of the photograph.
