Crews are monitoring a big rig carrying lithium-ion batteries as it continues to burn along the Vincent Thomas Bridge in San Pedro, the reason being that dousing the vehicle in water can prompt environmental problems. Macy Jenkins reports for the NBC4 News at 11 p.m. on Sept. 26, 2024.
