California Cruisin': Motorcyclists Roll Out for Charity

If you love California's coastline, bikes and a good breeze through your hair, then hop on your bike for an adventure you aren't soon to forget.

On Sunday, June 28, motorcyclists will saddle up and ride a 70-mile tour along Orange County's coast and canyons beginning at 8:30 a.m. starting at the Santa Ana Mall. The 12th annual Ride the Coast & Blues Festival will help raise money for 8,000 children and teenagers who attend the Boys & Girls Club of Santa Ana.

The Santa Ana Police Department will escort the riders along the route, which will end at Irvine Lake where the Blues Festival will come to life starting at noon. You'll find just about everything including, of course, live music, great food, tons of vendors to shop from, and loads of fun. You could win a seven-day Caribbean cruise for two, plus there will be other prizes. The festival wraps up at 6 p.m. Festival tickets are $30 in advance and $35 at-the-door. You can click on the Blues Festival website for more information on tickets, parking and location.
