Charges filed against Norco man accused of starting Line fire

The San Bernardino District County District Attorney’s office on Thursday filed charges against the man accused of starting the Line Fire that has scorched more than 37,000 acres. Camilla Rambaldi reports for NBC4 at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 12, 2024.
