Chick-fil-A Frenzy Breaks Out in Hollywood

Chicken fans camped out for the restaurant's Thursday opening

How did Chick-fil-A campers pass the time? Dance party, obviously.

Chicken lovers were tweeting it about for days and some camped out in tents for 48 hours, awaiting the opening of the new Chick-fil-A restaurant in Hollywood.

The doors opened at 6 a.m. Thursday at the corner of Highland Avenue and Sunset Boulevard. About 100 waiting customers won the big raffle prize -- 52 Chick-fil-A coupons. They can eat a meal per week at the restaurant for one year.

One customer, Richard, came from Florida. He said this was his 68th Chick-fil-A grand opening.
