Deputy Killed By CHP Officer's Bullet

Ventura County Sheriff’s Sgt. Ron Helus who responded to the Borderline Bar shooting was fatally wounded by a bullet fired by a CHP officer on scene, according to forensic analysis. Eric Leonard reports for the NBC4 News at 11 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 7, 2018.
