Runaway Dog Rescued From Freeway in Ventura, Reunited With Family

A runaway dog caused quite a commotion on the 101 Freeway in Ventura. CHP got called out just after midnight to the 101 and the 126 Freeway interchange where a black and white dog was seen jumping over the center divider.
