Firefighters: Girl in Burning High-Rise Was Not Breathing When Found

A 2-year-old girl was hospitalized in critical condition and was not conscious or breathing when firefighters found her, officials said. Her grandfather was also hospitalized. Jane Yamamoto reports from West LA for NBC4 News at 11 p.m. Friday, Oct. 18, 2013.
